This document contains the Terms & Conditions for Hair Vault Express LLC as revised on July 1, 2026.

1. Product Quality & Natural Variation
Because human virgin hair every order is inspected and is naturally sourced, variations in color, curl pattern, density, and texture are normal. Photos are for reference only. Chemical processing may permanently alter the hair, and Hair Vault Express is not responsible for performance after the product has been altered.

2. Sales Policy – All Sales Final
Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, wigs, closures, frontals, lashes, wig caps, bonnets, and beauty accessories, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted for opened, used, installed, washed, cut, colored, or otherwise altered products.

3. Pricing, Promotions & Discounts
Prices displayed at checkout are the prices you pay for that order. Promotions may change without notice. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively or combined unless specifically stated.

4. Payment Terms & Fraud Prevention
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Payment is due in full at checkout. Orders may be subject to fraud verification. Hair Vault Express reserves the right to cancel suspected fraudulent orders.

5. Order Processing & Product Availability
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Standard processing time is typically 48–72 business hours before shipment. Product availability may change without notice.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Hair Vault Express is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or packages confirmed as delivered. Returned packages may require additional reshipment fees. International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.                                                 
 7. Optional Shipping Protection
Optional shipping protection may be offered through a third-party provider at checkout where available. Claims must be filed directly with the provider.

8. Exchanges (Limited Exceptions)
Exchange requests must be made within three business days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Approval is at the sole discretion of Hair Vault Express.

9. Product Care Guidelines
Professional installation is recommended. Wash using lukewarm water and sulfate-free products, condition regularly, and allow hair to air dry whenever possible.

10. Policy Updates
Hair Vault Express reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions,  pricing, policies, and procedures without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property, User Submissions & Limitation of Liability     All website content is the property of Hair Vault Express or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Hair Vault Express' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
